This page describes how we process personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

This site is static. It does not use forms, login, third-party analytics, or cookies. We do not collect navigation data or IP addresses for commercial purposes.

The only personal data we may receive is your email address, and only if you decide to contact us by clicking a mailto: link on the site or writing to us directly. In that case the data is processed only to reply to your request.

3. Legal basis

Any data you send us by email is processed on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) and/or letter f) (legitimate interest in replying to B2B commercial enquiries).

4. Retention

Data received by email is retained as long as needed to handle your request and any commercial relationship that follows, within the limits set by Italian tax law.

5. Transfers outside the EU

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. The fonts used on this site (IBM Plex) are hosted directly on our servers: unlike many other sites, they are not loaded from Google's CDN, so no navigation data is sent to US-based operators.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data (GDPR art. 15);
  • request correction (art. 16) or deletion (art. 17);
  • request restriction of processing (art. 18);
  • object to processing (art. 21);
  • request data portability (art. 20);
  • file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
